Digital Darkroom

Old fashioned darkroom techniques are still employed to this day, though now the room lights are kept on. Printed photographs already in your possession can be safely scanned into the computer for further working. After that it is your choice on how you want them presented.

1). Restore old and damaged photographs from family albums of days gone bye.

2). Have colours and contrast boosted.

3). Turn dull, plain coloured pictures into atmospheric black & white prints.

4). Selective colouring is another possibility (often performed on wedding photographs).

5). Have key elements introduced onto new and appropriate backgrounds.

6). Turn photographs into pencil sketches or oil paintings.

7). Almost any art form can be created.

Standard enhancements (colour, contrast, noise control & sharpening) will be charged at £1 per image. All other enhancement work will be charged at £40 per hour, with a minimum of half an hour costing.
