Events (Private & Corporate)

Whether it's a garden fete, school fair, birthday party or formal celebrations or a corporate function, contact us to have the event captured on camera. We are fully insured for such attendances.

Black-Tie' Events

Masonic Ladies Nights and other 'black-tie' formal dinner dances are remembered by the photograph that is captured as you enter the event. We have a variety of professional backdrops, including a 'Titanic" style dual-staircase, along with a selection of associated props to enhance the image. Customers will be provided with a 10 x 8", strut-mounted print that will be ready for collection towards the end of the evening. Normal cost of each print, on the evening, is £10. Further orders can be purchased on a 'password protected' webpage dedicated for that event. We do not charge an attendance fee.

Charity Function

Perhaps you are having a private or charity function at a local venue. We can offer a fully equipped professional studio service where both formal and fun- time photographs can be taken. A variety of props will be supplied. Photographs can be viewed on your own pages on our website for purchasing, normally viewable within forty-eight hours. There are no charges to the organiser. 

Outdoor Events

Are you organising an outdoor event, such a a school or village fete? We can erect a 6 x 3 metre party-tent to house our studio facilities, along with a 3 x 3 metre gazebo for you to change into your desired 'fun' outfit. Perhaps you are the organiser of a school sports day, a horse or dog show, or some other action packed event. We do not charge you to capture the day on camera. All sales are through a dedicated web page. 

Corporate Events

Outdoor Events formal charity dinner & dance photography, a full-length portraiture will be undertaken, if space at the venue allows, otherwise three-quarter or half-length may be necessary. Photographs of the event will be available for viewing and purchase on a dedicated web page after approximately two days. One 10 x 8" strut-mount-framed print will be provided for each person or couple photographed. 

Corporate Portraits

We can work on location with a mobile studio set-up and are able to offer a variety of backgrounds and portrait styles to meet your requirements. We understand that quite often you or your client may require a plain and simple head and shoulders, grey background portrait, and at other times they may be looking for something more dynamic & creative.

Corporate Charges

£200 for the first two hours of attendance (minimum of 2 hrs) 

£350 for a half day shoot (4 hours)
£650 for a full day (8 hours) 

Travel/Overnight expenses may be charged for out of county imaging 

All images to CD at both low and hi resolution within 2Hrs. 
All images up-loaded to your own secure on-line gallery for you to share photos with friends/clients & purchase prints from
