Wedding Photography Services

When choosing your wedding photographer there are certain extremely important factors we recommend you consider most seriously; a) is the photographer 'up to it'? We would always suggest you employ a professional photographer with the backing of the appropriate photographic institutes; b) does your photographer have full professional insurances? c) can the photographer cope with all lighting situation, for example, inside and outside capture, provision of electrical power for equipment if non is available, and can they shoot stunning pictures in wet weather conditions as well as dry? d) will you get the album and photographs of your choice, not the photographers?

The photographer you chose has just one chance to achieve your dream pictures. Make certain they can fulfil your requirements. We can. Please talk to us about your wedding, civil ceremony, culture specific or themed day.

We offer three options for wedding photography to create your picture diary of your day; the content of each package is negotiable within mutual agreement.

In all three options we will either meet with the Bride & Groom at a place of your choice to discuss what you hope to achieve with your photographic needs and give you chance to meet us. We will bring along a Mac Book Pro laptop with examples of our photography for you to browse through, or, we will invite you to visit us at our studio facility in Portchester where we will show you our presentation material on widescreen television. If you need time to discuss whether or not you wish to employ us, we will give you time to consider. No pressure of employment will be forthcoming.

You may contact us at anytime after our visit with your decision. If we have not heard from you within two weeks we will make telephone with you to see if you have reached a decision. Please not that dates will not be held without a firm booking and payment of deposit.

If you wish to proceed you will be asked to pay a non-refundable retainer of £150 at the time of booking and the balance to be paid one month before the wedding. You will be asked to sign a formal wedding contract document to protect all parties, which you will have time to digest before committing. We shall provide you with an attendance list for you to complete at your leisure, so that we have the names of all the important people to call forward for the formal photographs, and thereby build an instant report with the group.

We will arrange to meet with you at the venue approximately three weeks before the event to discuss photographic opportunities. We will also meet with the officiating officers, the caterers and any other persons necessary to make your day run smooth with regards to the photography. We are fully insured for both public liability and public indemnity cover.

We will take away all the worries regarding the photography of your special day, capturing the days events throughout, formal to candid shots, and creating a photographic diary for you to look back and remember with love. We have built a reputation of a very friendly and welcomed service.

On completion of the photographic capture, all images will be professionally produced in the ‘digital darkroom’ to achieve the full impact of each picture. You will be provided with a DVD presentation when you return from honeymoon (approximately two weeks) from which you can make decisions about prints and albums, should you require them. You may wish some images to be converted to black & white and receive that extra special romantic touch to them.

Photographs will be shown on your own dedicated 'web-page' where you, family and friends can order prints directly from our easily navigated on-line shopping service.

Silver: £550

Myself and Wendy will attend your wedding for approximately three hours, covering the aspects you select. We will take a mix of formal and informal photographs. We would suggest the photography of the ceremony; the formal group shots; the romance of the bride & groom alone and then the wedding breakfast.

We will provide you with a DVD of the photographs taken, which you and your family can watch on television. You will be able to view your images on-line on a dedicated web page.

There is an 8 x 8" album with 15 leaves (30 pages) provided, with the capability to upgrade. Printed photographs will be available through our on-line ordering service.

The customer can purchase a limited copyright disk of the resulting images, allowed to the customer under the conditions outlined in the wedding contract, at a cost of £250.

Gold: £995

This is probably our most popular option when you are holding all aspects of your wedding at one venue. Myself and Wendy will attend your wedding event , again covering the aspects you select. We will take a mix of formal and informal photographs.

Normally we would suggest starting with the photographing of the bride in preperation, some fun time with of the groom at the venue; full coverage at the church/venue, with both formal and informal photographs. We then move onto the formal group poses; about twenty minutes alone with the bride and groom for the romantic shots; the speeches, cutting of the cake and the first dane. Please see the bottom of the page re our fun-studio in the evening.

We will provide you with a DVD of the photographs taken, which you and your family can watch on television. You will be able to view your images on-line on a dedicated web page.

We will provide you with a 10 x 10" photo album with 15 leaves, giving you 30 pages available for photographs. There is no limit on how many photographs you chose for these pages. We will be more than willing to sit with you and help you in their arrangement by showing computerised layout of the album. Options to upgrade this album will be available or to have produced a 'Digital' printed book. Examples of both will be available at our introductory meeting. Further printed photographs will be available through our on-line ordering service. You may wish to have your special photograph(s) converted to canvas or other media. Please ask for details.

Platinum: £1,600

This is our ultimate wedding package where will cover every aspect of your photographic needs. I will attend your wedding with up to two assistants where we will cover everything you could ask for. We will be taking a mix of formal and informal photographs. There are no time restraints with this option.

You chose the start time and the choice of venues. You may wish to begin with informal photographs of the bride preparing for her big day, up to her departing in her mode of transport to the venue. We then move to the arrival of the groom and then the bride at the venue; full coverage at the church/venue, with both formal and informal photographs. You may wish to make a quick diversion to a local beauty spot to have those 'romantic by ourselves' moment captured on film. The remaining time is spent at the reception, photographing the venue, cake, guest, speeches, first dance, etc.

We will provide you with three DVDs of the photographs taken, which you and your family can watch on television. You will be able to view your images on-line on a dedicated web page. We will supply to you, free of charge, a limited copyright disk of the resulting images, allowed to the customer under the conditions outlined in the wedding contract.

We will provide you with a 12 x 12" designer photo album of your choice with 20 leaves, giving you 40 pages available for photographs. There is no limit on the amount of photographs you chose for these pages. We will be more than willing to sit with you and help you in their arrangement by showing computerised layout of the album. Options to upgrade this album will be available or to have produced a 'Digital' printed book. Examples of both will be available at our introductory meeting. Further printed photographs will be available through our on-line ordering service. You may wish to have your special photograph(s) converted to canvas or other media. Please ask for details.

Free Photo Booth

Some photographers will charge you, we offer it free; that is the facility of an evening photo booth, only with our Gold & Platinum packages. Because this is a free service, we reserve the right not to proceed if the wedding venue is unable to provide a suitable area to set up the studio and maintain full health & safety capability.

What is the photo booth? We will set up a portable studio, with backdrop, lighting and a whole array of fun props, such as hats, wigs, feather-bowers, etc. You and your guest can come forward and test your imagination and creativity. Alternatively, have a more formal style of family photograph. It is also a way for the bride and groom to have photographs with their evening guest. We have been providing the photo-booth for almost three years, which has become a welcomed addition to the evening entertainment.

Remember, we do not charge the bride & groom for this service.
